The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients and project teams to achieve project outcomes
- Mentoring and coaching the Commercial Team
- Developing and implementing project procurement strategies and processes
- Leading cost management activities, including head and subcontractor variation management
- Managing head contract and subcontractor progress claims
- Overseeing cash flow at both head and subcontract levels
- Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports
About You
- 10+ years' experience in a main contractor environment
- Proven experience working on similar project-based contracts and financial administration on major building developments
- Proficiency in contract management and ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
- You will be self-motivated, resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment
