The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Band 1 Real Estate team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with industry-leading Partners and to benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a team of talented, friendly, and collaborative professionals.

About the Role

The team acts for government agencies and many large local and overseas-based property developers, investors, and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia. You will gain access to a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments, sales and acquisitions, and leasing matters in a friendly, team environment where there are plenty of opportunities for learning and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on transactional real estate matters
  • Work closely with Partners and lawyers across the network
  • Manage large-scale transactions and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Contribute to maintaining a market-leading practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years' legal experience in transactional real estate from a top-tier, national, or specialist boutique firm
  • An excellent academic record and ability to apply technical legal knowledge in a commercial environment
  • First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters
  • A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading team
  • A hunger to learn and develop and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice
