Scope of Work:
  • Interactivity Development
  • Develop voice/sound-triggered installations or explore generative applications for personalized retail engagement.
  • Customer Experience Design (AI Layer)
  • Ideate how AI can create immersive, memorable entry experiences and propose practical integrations in-store.
  • Retail Data + Engagement
  • Advise on integrating AI to track and optimize foot traffic, dwell time, and engagement hotspots within ethical frameworks.
  • Prototyping Support
  • Help us design pilot demos to showcase to investors and creative partners.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven AI expertise as a solo operator or freelancer.
  • Background in machine learning, NLP, generative AI, or creative applications.
  • Ability to translate technical potential into customer-facing magic.
  • Open to creative collaboration with designers, artists, and retail specialists.
  • Bonus: Experience in retail, marketing, or installation projects.

Deliverables:
  • Concept proposals for AI-enhanced features.
  • Technical feasibility outline + costings for implementation.
  • Prototype/demo for one priority feature.

Engagement Details:
  • Freelance / contract basis.
  • Part-time, project-based (initial 4–6 weeks, extendable).
  • Hybrid: remote + occasional onsite collaboration in Sydney CBD.
