Job Title: Engineering Executive

 

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Executive to lead our engineering operations, drive innovation, and enhance operational performance across our terminals.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive asset management plan for all terminals.
  • Plan and direct technical knowledge-sharing initiatives, including site assessments, on-the-job training, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Provide assurance and consulting support aimed at continuously improving engineering operations.
  • Lead equipment procurement and contract execution.
  • Establish and implement regional engineering strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Promote innovation and the adoption of integrated engineering technologies and systems.

 

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Additional certifications in asset management, project management, or procurement strategy highly regarded.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a heavy equipment or industrial environment with complex operational systems.
  • At least 10 years in a senior management role with a strong record of leading cross-functional teams and engineering operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to anticipate industry trends and forecast long-term needs.
