UX Design Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a UX Design Specialist to improve customer satisfaction and make digital services more user-friendly and accessible.

The role involves collaborating with business squads in an Agile setting, focusing on delivering solutions that meet customer needs and quality standards.

As the UX Design Specialist, you will work closely with Product to enhance customer experiences and generate design concepts, prototypes, and final designs, considering technology constraints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Product to develop user-centric design solutions
  • Generating design concepts, prototypes, and final designs
  • Promoting a user-centric culture within the organisation

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of UX Design experience
  • Proficiency in design software
  • Experience in User Research and User Testing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills

Desirable skills include experience in designing for financial services.
