As a graduate on our program, you will have the chance to work across diverse policy environments within the Queensland Government, developing your skills and knowledge in areas such as policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to shaping the future of Queensland. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across various sectors, engage with complex policy issues, and contribute to policy development and implementation.

Our program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to make a meaningful contribution to public policy. You will participate in a structured learning and development program, building your policy skills and leadership capabilities.

We are looking for graduates with a genuine desire to make a difference in Queensland. No matter your degree or discipline, we welcome input from all fields, including law, economics, creative industries, social work, counter-terrorism, mathematics, social sciences, public health, and economics.
