Role Overview:

The position is for a Senior Family Law Advisor. You will have the opportunity to mentor a Junior Lawyer in our Brisbane office, supported by an experienced Senior Paralegal. Additional support can be arranged as needed. Your billable hours target will range from 5.5 to 6.5 hours daily.

Key practice areas include:
Property Settlements, Parenting Orders, De Facto Relationships, Same-Sex Relationships, Divorce and Separation, Mediation, Domestic Violence, Family and Divorce.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in Family Law, ideally from private practice.
  • Accredited Specialist status is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet billable hour targets and manage a team comprising a Junior Lawyer and a Senior Paralegal.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
