We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Operations Manager to lead our property operations in Rockhampton, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate strong leadership skills.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly. This includes managing a team of staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
