About the Job
You will have a strong understanding of the technical details of the problem space and products, including a comprehensive understanding of software development practices. You will be able to make clear decisions on prioritization, minimum value, and help the team plan and operate accordingly.
The key responsibilities of the job are:
- To work closely with the Product Management and Engineering leads to set priorities for delivery.
- To help define a product backlog that focuses on achieving agreed product initiatives from the roadmap.
- To keep your product backlog up-to-date and prioritized, working with the engineers and delivery teams to refine and provide estimation as needed.
About You
We're looking for someone who can contribute to QECoE engineering standards and frameworks, lead or facilitate discussions on application design, and communicate complex solutions clearly. Experience in tracking engineering performance and operational health metrics is also desirable.
