Facility Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team at E4 Recruitment. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our aged care facility, ensuring high performance standards, leading your team to success, and providing excellent care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats every resident with empathy, dignity, and care.
- Continuous assessment of clinical care processes to ensure work health and safety, best practices minimise risks, prevent injuries, and implement improvements.
- Uphold Clinical Governance to achieve and maintain accreditation in line with policy and regulatory standards.
- Ensure medication management and infection control practices adhere to current best practice guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture by building a cohesive team and promoting strong employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Facility Manager or Care Manager in the Aged Care sector, with a proven track record for driving improvement and effective operational changes.
- Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and a record of driving change and compliance.
- Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
