We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents, and we need a highly skilled Cleaning Assistant to help us achieve this goal. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our residents' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents' rooms
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Work safely and efficiently to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player who is able to work independently when required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
