We are seeking a skilled Machine Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate flexibility, reliability and punctuality through past employment.

The position entails process work in various jobs/tasks and is suitable for a person that likes to be "hands on" with materials. This role also involves working with small machinery and hand tools in a strict COVID Safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and controlling equipment and machinery to ensure a clean and organised work space
  • FOLLOWING safe operating procedures at all times and ensuring accurate results
  • Reporting any faults to management and assisting with problem solving
  • Assembling products with hand tools on the production line
  • Carrying out quality and testing checks throughout all processes of the production line
  • Storing goods, equipment and materials properly and safely in the workplace
  • Using equipment safely and correctly to ensure adherence to OH&S policies

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent teamwork skills and be able to work independently without direct supervision. You must also be able to communicate effectively, understand and follow instructions and read, interpret and implement written policies and procedures in English.
