We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our Skechers Bankstown store team.
About the Role
- As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate casuals and driving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- You will ensure efficient operation of the store, including visual merchandising, stock control, and OH&S management.
- A key focus will be on motivating your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective store operations, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the footwear industry.
- A motivated and driven attitude with excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
