HSE Manager

ECi Executive is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join their Perth-based construction team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of employees, contractors, and clients.
About the Role:- Manage and mentor HSE Co-ordinators in the business
- Support company operations in all aspects of HSEQ
- Investigate incidents and develop effective actions to prevent re-occurrence
- Advise leaders and workforce on Health and Safety requirements
- Undertake construction project audits to ensure compliance with project HSEQ Management Plan and Federal Safety Commission requirements
- Design and deliver training programs to support the company's Safe system of work
- Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation
- Collate HSEQ data and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:- Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Construction HSE
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health Safety
- Valid WA Manual Drivers Licence
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in managing audits and investigations
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem-solving
