About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Driver to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely delivering freight across the country, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a B-double vehicle, safely transporting freight from Sydney to Brisbane/Melbourne and back
  • Complete regular vehicle pre-start checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss, and incident reporting processes
  • Deliver freight to customers in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Interstate Linehaul driving
  • MC Licence with at least 2 years of experience
  • BFM accredited (Basic Fatigue Management)
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, up to 14 hours
  • Advantageous to have experience with Dangerous goods packaged and bulk
