Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated engineer to join our team in the field of infrastructure projects. The role involves managing complex deployments including mobile coverage systems, RF design, and safe installation within operational rail networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with design preparation, including work packs, method statements, and RF coverage modeling.
  • Conduct site surveys in tunnels and rail stations to assess installation feasibility.
  • Oversee installation and integration of NodeB, RNC, and transmission components.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all work is safe, compliant, and on schedule.
  • Coordinate system commissioning, RF testing (EMC, PIM, return-loss), and final handover.
  • Liaise with rail authorities, civil contractors, and vendors to align work with operational constraints.
  • Track project milestones, report risks, and support documentation handover to operations.
Requirements
  • Prior work in rail, tunnel, or confined environments.
  • Strong understanding of RF systems, NodeB/RNC equipment, and telecom integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and subcontractor coordination skills.
  • Experience in deploying UTRAN / cellular RAN infrastructure.
