Job Overview:

This isn't just a leadership role; it's an opportunity to drive innovation and growth. As a Lead Engineer, you'll shape technical strategy, write code, and accelerate the team's progress. You'll have the freedom to make key architectural decisions and see them through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Write code and contribute to the codebase, tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Drive technical direction in collaboration with other lead engineers and principal engineers.
  • Raise standards for code quality through thoughtful pull request reviews and improving testing, CI/CD, and security practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong capability for technical leadership and full-stack engineering, guiding complex software projects from concept to launch.
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies, including C# and TypeScript/React.
  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture and system design, building scalable microservices-based systems on AWS.
  • Bias for action and result-oriented approach, balancing technical investment with product priorities.
  • Passion for multiplying impact, coaching and mentoring others to build remarkable solutions.
  • Obsession with improvement, seeking new tools and approaches to increase productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, articulating complex technical concepts.
