Leadership Role: Assistant Director

This leadership position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced early learning professional to advance their career, develop leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business.

About the Position:

As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will also mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, as well as manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

About Goodstart Carrum Downs Arcadia Street:

We are a small, homely 56 place centre located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport, and with ample staff parking available. Our rooms are small with a maximum of 17 children.
