We are seeking an exceptional Operational Lead to lead our National Immigration Support Service operations nationwide. Reporting directly to the National Director, you will oversee our dedicated teams across Australia, driving the delivery of client services with unwavering commitment.

This role assumes overall operational responsibility for the NISS program. This includes overseeing operations in each State and Territory, managing operational budgets, ensuring contractual compliance, and maintaining positive external relationships and reputation.

The key responsibilities include providing leadership in developing and implementing a culture of service excellence, monitoring and coaching team members, supporting subcontractor relationships, and communicating operational objectives and updates.

As an Operational Lead, you will be responsible for modelling and implementing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the program and service areas. You will also develop and implement business development and growth strategies within local regions and in accordance with the LWB Strategic Plan and business plans.

This permanent, full-time position can be based in Sunshine or Dandenong (VIC) or Parramatta (NSW). The role provides flexibility, allowing for both office and home-based work arrangements, facilitating a harmonious work-life balance.
