Comprehensive Midwifery Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team in the Birth Suite and Postnatal Ward.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive midwifery care to women and infants in the Birth Suite & Postnatal Ward.
  • Offer expert breastfeeding support and parent education services.
  • Mentor and support less experienced midwives, student nurses, and AINs in their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and care plans.
  • Ensure best practices in infection control, patient safety, and discharge planning.

Key Requirements:

  • AHPRA-registered Midwives (or eligible for registration) with a strong commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Experienced midwives preferred, but all qualified applicants welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare experience.
