Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Store Environment Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Operations:
    • You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all areas of the store using various equipment and products, adhering to daily task schedules.
    • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, maintaining a spotless store environment at all times.
  • Trolley Collection and Management:
    • Please collect trolleys left in and around the store, including the car park, and return them to their designated bay.
  • Waste Reduction and Recycling:
    • Maximize our recycling efforts to minimize waste sent to landfill by efficiently sorting recyclables and non-recyclable materials.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • A proven track record of working safely and following established procedures is mandatory.
