We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team at Resources Group. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing teams with data analysis and insights.

• Collaborate with consultant teams to manage fieldwork, sampling, quotas, and weighting.
• Review and ensure the quality of questionnaires, including programming instructions, question and scale format, and QC testing of survey links.
• Prepare data files for analysis by cleaning, recoding, restructuring, and weighting, leveraging external data sources as needed.
• Deliver ad-hoc data analysis requests and present results concisely under the guidance of senior analytics team members.
• Manage client sample processes and specified data streams.
• Utilize analytical and data visualization tools, such as DisplayR and PowerBI, to support data analytics.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sophisticated data analysis and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with survey data is a must.
• Proficient in using SPSS/Q, with knowledge of R, Python, or Sawtooth being highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboarding tools like Tableau and DisplayR.
