Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older individuals, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support, domestic assistance, and personal care to clients as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent outcomes for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Ability to work in Australia
Skill Enhancements:
  • Desirable experience working in aged, disability care, or domestic assistance
