This position is based in Wagga Wagga, where you will be working with people from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers to employment.

As an Employment Consultant, you will be expected to develop strong relationships with your clients, employers, and other stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable, creative, and able to work autonomously as part of a wider team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong customer service experience is highly desirable, as is the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide employment assistance and support to clients">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and other stakeholders">
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized plans for clients">
  • Monitor and report on client progress and outcomes">
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives">

Requirements:
