Senior Data Solutions Architect / Contract Opportunity


About the Job

A leading Sydney-based organisation is seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Engineer for a 6-month contract. This role involves delivering impactful data solutions, providing technical leadership, and shaping strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong Snowflake expertise, proficiency with AWS, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimise scalable data solutions in Snowflake
  • Lead data pipeline development using dbt or similar tools
  • Leverage AWS for big data and analytics solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a principal Data Engineer with large-scale data environments
  • Strong background in big data technologies and analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
