Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Conduct Property Inspections: Regularly inspect residential properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Document and Report Issues: Document and report any issues or required repairs identified during inspections.
  • Coordinate Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance to address and resolve identified issues promptly.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to leasing and property conditions.
  • Tenant Relationships: Foster positive tenant relationships and work to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements, tenant communications, and inspection reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations related to residential leasing and property management.
  • Open Houses and Renter Applications: Conduct open houses and assess new renter applications.
  • Property Management Software: Conduct entry reports using Property Management Software.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with property management teams, maintenance staff, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless property operations.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Residential Property Management: A passion and proven experience in residential property management or leasing.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and committed to customer experience excellence.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Hold a valid Agents Rep Certificate and a valid driver's license.
