We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Casual Retail Stock Person to join our team. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

The Role
  • Loading and unloading products in a timely manner to ensure optimal store stock levels.
  • Stock refill in stores to maintain an efficient supply chain.
  • Transfer of product between locations as required.
  • Receipting of deliveries and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Making product claims on faulty and damaged goods to minimize financial loss.
  • Identifying/reporting hazards and issues within the workplace to prevent accidents.
  • Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a stock person position in a retail environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to receive and process a high volume of stock efficiently and effectively.
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness to carry out related tasks.
  • Previous experience in sales/retail with a focus on excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of POS system or similar software to manage transactions and inventory.
  • Flexible availability across 7-day trading hours to meet business demands.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers alike.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to be proactive and take on new instructions/tasks with minimal supervision.
