Nursing Workforce Coordinator

The position of Nursing Workforce Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the management of nursing & midwifery supplementary staff and facilitating centralised recruitment at Western Health.
This key position requires a highly motivated Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience demonstrating leadership skills, exposure to staff recruitment, performance development and management, and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing nursing & midwifery supplementary staff
- Facilitating centralised recruitment
- Developing and implementing workforce plans
A strong interest in understanding the complexity of nursing and midwifery workforce challenges now and into the future is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
