Deliver strategic support to the CEO and team at the Committee for Adelaide, a forward-thinking organisation driving the future of Adelaide. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) requires a proactive professional with expertise in event coordination, business support, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Executive Assistant or Business Support roles, incorporating aspects of business and client relationship management, as well as event management. They will be skilled in time management, diary administration, and advanced computer literacy, including design and CRM programs.

We are seeking a flexible and autonomous individual who can work independently and as part of a high-performing team. The role involves coordinating events, managing RSVPs, preparing sponsorship proposal documents, drafting speeches, and maintaining various CRM systems.

The successful candidate will have a superior approach to stakeholder, client, and sponsorship relationships, understanding their importance to the organisation's growth and success. They will also possess exceptional diary management skills, be able to work outside of normal business hours, and demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, kindness, and resilience.
