Fitness Professionals Wanted for Exciting Group Exercise Roles

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to join our great team at Genesis Fitness.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for qualified fitness professionals who are passionate about delivering engaging group exercise classes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- To design and deliver high-energy group exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.
- To maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages participants to reach their full potential.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement new program initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification in your chosen field (e.g., Freestyle, Barre, Pilates Mat, Yoga).
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Infection Control.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills.
In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
