Automotive Trainer and Educator

\

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Trainer and Educator to deliver high-quality training programs in the automotive industry.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and course progress.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Delivering training and assessment to students enrolled in Certificate III through various delivery modes including classroom, workshop, and online\
  • Regularly auditing workshop resources, completing monthly PPE resource orders, and ensuring all workshop equipment is maintained\
  • Engaging with industry and completing annual industry competency tasks to ensure currency\
  • Participating in assessment review meetings for the validation, comparison, and evaluation of assessment processes, tools, and evidence against competency standards\
  • Complying with policies and procedures including for training and assessment\
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, course progress and assessment outcomes\
  • Liaising with industry to assess current needs and ensure best practice

Requirements:

\
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching and assessing vocational education and training (VET) programs\
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
\
