We are seeking skilled Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support services to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal, physical, emotional, and social support to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs.

You will work closely with our team to develop individualized support plans that promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver person-centered support services that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
  2. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medications, and personal errands.
  3. Support clients to participate in social/recreational activities, community access, and building healthy relationships.
  4. Develop and maintain effective communication and decision-making skills to promote independence and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a current NDIS Worker Check
  2. Hold a First Aid and CPR certificate
  3. Hold a Working with Children Check
  4. Hold a drivers license (essential)
  5. Hold qualifications in Disability/Aged Care or relevant fields, or have previous experience
  6. Have empathy and understanding of diverse needs
  7. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
