Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant at Dr. Martens, you'll be the hero of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm. You'll work amongst premium products, surrounded by fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads, and enjoy benefits like up to 40% off Accent Group brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
  • Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Requirements
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January 2025, specifically weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
