New Horizons Enterprises Limited seeks a skilled Mental Health Support Professional to join our team in Port Macquarie.

We are a registered NDIS provider dedicated to supporting individuals with disability, mental health concerns, and those who are aged or at risk of homelessness.

As a valued member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families, and Support Coordinators seeking information about us or who have chosen us to provide services under an NDIS plan.

Job Description:

This is a casual role working Monday to Sunday, providing high-quality mental health and disability services to the community. You will meet daily care needs, provide support to residents with complex care requirements, and undertake tasks such as accompanying appointments, social activities, and medication administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III or higher in Community Services, Mental Health, or Disability, or equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
  • A valid NSW C-class driver's license and the ability to drive vehicles in this class.
  • Fitness to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including lifting up to 10 kilograms unassisted.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
