Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our English department and drive academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Create conditions for teachers to thrive through reflective practice, continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Lead a team of teachers in designing and delivering high-quality curriculum, learning, pedagogy and evidence of learning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster student growth and achievement.

This role requires a collaborative and adaptive individual who can lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading educational teams and driving academic excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with curriculum design and implementation.
