Job Description

**About the Internship**

The Radio Internship Program is an eight-week paid opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in radio broadcasting. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the radio industry and equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a radio station.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the creation of content for various radio programs
  • Participate in the production of podcasts and other audio content
  • Engage with audiences through social media platforms
  • Learn panel operation for live and pre-recorded broadcasts
  • Manage timing, content, and audio quality

**Requirements**

  • Interest in pursuing a career in radio broadcasting and digital media
  • Availability for full-time work for eight weeks
  • Open to the potential of permanent or casual opportunities post-internship
  • Knowledge and passion for news and current affairs
  • Professional approach and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eager to learn and gain as much experience as possible
