Cardiology Registrar

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Cardiology Registrar to join our team at Peninsula Health. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

• Provide expert care to patients with a range of cardiology conditions, including coronary care unit (CCU) and outpatient services.
• Work collaboratively with our team of cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Contribute to the development of our cardiology department, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring junior staff.
• Participate in on-call rosters and provide after-hours care as required.

• Hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) or equivalent qualification.
• Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with General registration.
• Have successfully completed the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) written and clinical exams.
• Have previous experience in a cardiology rotation as a registrar.
• Hold a valid driver's license issued by an Australian state or territory.
