Storeroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Assistant to join our team at Baby Bunting Group Limited. As a key member of our back-of-house function, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records and stock integrity, as well as maintaining an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.

1. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate records and stock integrity, and maintain an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.
2. Merchandise Receipt and Processing: Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner, and receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities.
3. Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain store floor and stockroom standards, and ensure all OH&S standards are upheld.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.

1. Experience: 2-3 years of retail storeroom experience.
2. Customer Service Orientation: Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems, and ability to use machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe, trolley.
4. Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg.
