About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to support advisory work for a key client. The role requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with a strong focus on delivering robust data engineering solutions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from on-prem SQL sources
- Develop and write dbt transformations
- Provide training and best practice guidance to internal teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer working in complex data environments
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise with dbt, with demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end dbt projects
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric (highly desirable)
- Exposure to Snowflake (desirable)
- Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely
