We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Collarcare®. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to residents, including vital sign monitoring, medication management, and resident assessments.
- Lead a care team to provide person-centered care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Document resident information, including vital signs, medication intake, and resident assessments, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition to ensure residents receive optimal care.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on healthcare-related topics.
- Implement infection control and prevention measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Assist with resident admissions and transitions, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for residents and their families.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, including doctors and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supervise and support AINs, EENs, and other staff members on shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
