This role involves developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that promote learning and development for young children. You will build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
- Contribute to the planning, preparation and delivery of educational programs;
- Monitor and report on child progress using observations, assessments and evaluations;
- Stay up-to-date with best practice in early childhood education through professional development and training;
- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to achieve Centre goals and outcomes;
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification;
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Current Working with Children Check;
- Flexibility to work shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday;
- Better pay - at least 5% above award rate;
