Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expertise on business improvement, technology implementation, and people and process management across all levels of the council in Systems Engineering activities.
  2. Lead major incident management responses, including stakeholder communication, post-incident reviews, and documentation.
  3. Maintain high-quality cloud and on-premise solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  4. Support interface development and maintenance between cloud services and on-premise solutions within a hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  5. Develop and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, driving collaborative success.

Requirements:

  • Windows Domain experience, including Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, DFS, ADDS, GPO, Certificate Services, and Active Directory Services.
  • Cloud service expertise, encompassing Microsoft Azure, Project Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
  • Data protection knowledge, focusing on Dell PowerProtect Data Manager and DataDomain.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bicep, and Azure Infrastructure as Code.
  • Virtualization skills, covering VMWare vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies, including Cisco, WAN, Azure Virtual Networks.
  • Application delivery controller experience, incorporating F5 and Azure Application Gateway.
  • Security knowledge, emphasizing Palo Alto and Azure Network Security Groups.
