Join a dynamic team of medical professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within our state-of-the-art ICUs

As an ICU Registrar, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of critical care to patients, including providing clinical advice and support to practitioners for patients. Efficient management of admissions and discharges to Intensive Care in coordination with the in-charge nurse when on duty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in periods of high activity.
  • Commitment to teaching and supervision of students, trainees and staff including medical, nursing and allied health.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated competence and experience in providing high quality, compassionate medical care within an Intensive Care Unit.
  • Appropriate qualifications and AHPRA registration, or eligible for full AHPRA registration within 12 months.
  • PGY3 or above, with a minimum of 6 months' experience within ICU and 12 months of anaesthetics training prior to joining our team.
