Leading the Charge: Sales Director Opportunity at FAIR Consulting Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our leadership team in Sydney or Melbourne and contribute to our continued growth and expansion of our GTM strategy.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take ownership of our sales function, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative solutions and partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Develop new customers and expand our footprint in existing customers across solution sales and managed services
  • Attain revenue targets, close sales, ensure customer profitability and satisfaction by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and close the pipeline
  • Drive new project opportunities via your network in SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC)
  • Work with the C-Level executive and technical & pre-sales teams to support and close new projects
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience gained in sales and consulting capacity within SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC)
  • A proven track record in business development, from cold-calling and nurturing to pre-sales and bid management
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP and technology sales, gained within FMCG, Retail, Mining and Utilities industries
  • Strong relevant C-level network and ability to engage at an executive level
  • Experienced in consultative selling and complex software solutions to transform how a business runs
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary package estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
