POSITION SUMMARY

Located at our operational site, this role is essential in delivering the necessary infrastructure across all our locations. The projects team is hands-on, tasked with implementing initiatives such as new pen configurations and aiding in the upkeep of site infrastructure.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will thrive in a marine environment and be capable of collaborating within a small, dynamic team. A strong work ethic, excellent communication abilities, and availability for a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule are essential. A valid driver's license is required, and a copy must be provided during the application process.

Applicants should be prepared to travel to various farm locations as needed.

Previous experience in a comparable position, along with marine farming or aquaculture background, is advantageous but not mandatory. A coxswain's ticket is also a plus.

It is crucial that all work is conducted safely while embodying the values of Huon. The selected individual must foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations is preferred.
