Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Consultant QLD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our QLD stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maximize sales by providing the latest product and service information to our customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive business results.
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering great customer experiences.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous.
