The primary responsibility of a Senior Consultant is to facilitate the design and implementation of software solutions for a diverse range of clients, while also providing support for previously deployed solutions. You will be an integral part of a team that serves as the technical representative of the organization, building trust with clients by addressing their business challenges and enhancing their operational processes. Our foremost priorities are delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
A Senior Consultant is expected to showcase the capability to not only develop software and architect solutions but also to serve as a trusted advisor to clients by articulating solutions and their associated benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record of delivering projects that implement or leverage business-focused IT/Software solutions within the Energy sector. A background in software development and configuration is essential, along with a keen interest in tackling complex architectural business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a member of the APAC Services team, from comprehending the clients' business needs to the deployment of Quorum's solutions, adhering to the organization's quality standards and best practices.
- Work closely with Team Leads and Project Managers to grasp assigned project duties and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by communicating progress and expectations, while escalating issues as necessary.
- Implement and configure Energy Components and related software to fulfill business requirements at energy companies.
- Actively participate in the delivery of software, documentation, and projects in alignment with overall program objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure client needs are met by providing professional, high-quality service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist clients during the go-live phase and play a pivotal role in fostering solution adoption.
- Regularly and proactively communicate project deliverables, manage expectations, present findings, document processes, and engage with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Address complex technical support inquiries related to the solution suite.
- Collaborate effectively across internal departments, including product development, solutions architecture, quality assurance, sales, and marketing.
- Provide training on solutions to clients and internal staff.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A University Degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
- At least 5 years of consulting experience in systems, software, or IT-related fields.
- Experience with Energy Components is preferred.
- Proficiency in software implementation skills, including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
- Proven experience in completing a minimum of 3 implementation projects or equivalent in supporting customer deliverables.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle database (PL/SQL) and Java.
- Equivalent or adaptable skill set in software implementation and support within the Energy or Resources industry, including AWS, CI/CD toolsets, Agile methodologies, and Business Process Optimization.
- Familiarity with general consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, and process mapping.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to address complex business process challenges.
- Capability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to cultivate effective internal and customer relationships.
- A strong aptitude for learning and mastering new technologies.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to establish trust with clients, including technical personnel and management.
- Background in software implementation or experience in a software company.
- Proficiency in English communication.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, particularly midstream operations.
- Experience with Energy Components as an end-user or software development professional.
