The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security control room operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident management. They will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to identify and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Collaborating closely with on-site security personnel, property management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of security-related activities.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with all site staff and reporting staffing, rostering, and contractor issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional CCTV security-related certifications and training is essential.
