Administrative Assistant

Are you an organised and efficient individual with a passion for administrative work? We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a fast-paced role that involves supporting our operations, managing compliance, logistics, and site support.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Responsibilities include managing trucking compliance, booking travel and accommodation, organising medicals and training for staff and contractors.
  • You will also be required to order and manage supplies, maintain crane compliance folders, and coordinate staff housing.
  • In addition, you will assist with credit card reconciliations and expense reporting, and provide general administrative support as needed.

About You:

  • Proven admin experience (ideally in transport, construction, or resource sectors)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team
