Senior Atlassian Tools Specialist

The Senior Atlassian Tools Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the administration of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket platforms. This role requires expertise in complex workflow design, permission schemes, and automation in JIRA.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the optimization and maintenance of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket platforms.
  • Design and implement complex workflows, permission schemes, and automation within JIRA.
  • Oversee Confluence configurations to enable effective cross-functional documentation practices.
  • Manage and execute server-to-cloud migrations for Atlassian tools, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Proven experience in Atlassian Cloud support and on-prem to cloud migrations.
  • Expertise in complex workflow design, permissions, schemes, and automation in JIRA.
  • Understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity principles.
